Roger Sanchez, The S-Man, chart topping producer and globally revered superstar DJ, teams up with Gatecrasher to announce 2 stunning dates that will deliver, undoubtedly, the North's biggest dance weekend of the year.

10th December - Gatecrasher One – Sheffield

11th December- Discotheque by Gatecrasher, Leeds

Known as one of the hardest working men in house, Roger has come a long way from selling hugely popular mix tapes in his native New York back in the 80's. Immersing himself into the scene, Roger has become one of the most sought after artist, producer and remixers out there, firstly via stunning releases through Strictly Rhythm and then through his own R-Senal project, to the current Stealth Records. Not many DJs can lay claim to a number one record, numerous chart topping remixes - and even a Grammy. His ‘Release Yourself’ compilations are much revered and his weekly residency during the Summer at Pacha in Ibiza all sold out.

As a DJ he is known to inject intensity and soul into his sets, ranging from soulful sunkissed house, to twisted disco, right through to his favoured tribal infected house grooves - a music cocktail that has taken him the world over and back.

He now returns to work with Gatecrasher, a club brand he knows and loves. Roger has forged a longstanding friendship through his numerous bookings with Gatecrasher where he played marathon sets at Gatecrasher Summer Sound System, Gatecrasher at NEC and his numerous legendary sets at Bed Sheffield, which Roger regards as one of his favourite clubs in the world!

Roger touches down in the UK for 2 very special gigs this December. Firstly, at Sheffield's Gatecrasher One which plays host to Roger’s 7 hour set on Saturday 10th of December. His long awaited return to Sheffield will guarantee a sell out crowd and no doubt please a great many of his ardent fans, whilst garnering more than a few new ones. The Pin-Up Club will be playing in the Electric Box upstairs with residents and guests to complete what will be a memorable night

Its official! On Sunday 11th December, Roger makes his first visit to Leeds in over 5 years, appearing at Gatecrasher’s newest venue, Discotheque, where movers and shakers will be treated to a sensational backdrop that will scream elegance and sophistication in the £3 million venue, which will play host to a 5 hour set from Roger. THE worlds first LED Dream Panel video floor and the incredible custom designed audio system by Opus will complement Roger’s debut set at the club. The glitz and glam of Ibiza will be a distant memory when he gets here!

As can be expected there will be some seriously heavy demand for these events and tickets are expected to sell out. We advise everyone to purchase their tickets well in advance to avoid missing Northern club lands dance weekend of the year!
