DANCING DISCOBALLS EVERY SATURDAY AT DISCOTHEQUE BY GATECRASHER

New Leeds club announces details of flagship Saturday night

Its official! The news that all the Glitterati of Leeds have been waiting for has finally arrived. Details of ‘Discoball’, the flagship Saturday night at new club Discotheque by Gatecrasher, have been released - and Saturdays will never be the same again!

Discoball will be unveiled to the city’s fashion conscience party goers at Discotheque on Saturday 17 September. The night promises glamour, excess and daring in equal measure. Movers and shakers will be treated to a sensational backdrop that will scream elegance and sophistication in the £3 million Leeds venue, which will incorporate a cocktail lounge, vip room and uber cool bars.

Regular appearances by Jason Herd, ATFC, Copyright and John Fitz will provide the music that moves you…. glamorous, vocal, sexy, soulful house music, all night long.

The legendary BACARDI B-BAR will make a welcome return to Leeds at Discotheque playing host to the legendary Joey Negro and Jason Herd on Saturday 24th September. As well as its amazing music, the BACARDI B-BAR is about a vivacious vibe and flamboyant bar staff who create a night out the way it should be.

Very special guest JUNIOR VASQUEZ will exclusively spin one of his famous 6hr Twilo sets at Discotheque on 1st October, spinning only his very best US House Music and bringing his musical magic to the Discotheque’s dance floor. Junior has produced and remixed songs for countless recording artists that include: Madonna, Whitney Houston, Cher, Prince, Donna Summer, Diana Ross, Michael & Janet Jackson, Cyndi Lauper, John Mellencamp, k.d. lang, Pet Shop Boys, Elton John, Dolly Parton, Luther Vandross and the Beatles… to name a few! “If there's drama on the dance floor, you can bet Junior Vasquez is behind it”

Discotheque Residents, Hed Kandi, will be hosting the second Saturday of every month with Rob Wilder & John Jones at the helm on 8th October. Expect full Hed Kandiness all night long with the Kandi crew mixing it up to create an atmosphere like only they know how.

To complement the stylish décor inside the club, Gatecrasher has installed the latest audio and visual technologies, including:

• THE worlds first LED Dream Panel video floor - sure to become the talking point of the main room. The 16 metre floor, capable of transmitting almost limitless images, will mesmerise clubbers and add another dimension to the highly sophisticated clubbing experience that Discotheque offers.
• An incredible custom designed audio system by Opus, which will blow clubbers away.
